but...but...but...

The Blockbuster Customer Service guy last night at the store was so helpful! His name was Mike. I'm writing a letter to Blockbuster. He not only worked through the issues I brought to them, but he went out of his way to come up with MORE ways I could be happy. I was hitting them with a return, an exchange, returning a DVD without it's case, renting many, guying a PS2 game, and turning in blockbuster online envelopes. He handled everything expertly.

But you're right. Mean people suck.
