Inyuk-Chuk!

Posted on April 30, 2009

Dave! And how can this be? For he is the Kwisatch Haderach!

Lil' Dave dressed as Apache Chief from the Super Friends, with blue within blue eyes.

This will probably only make sense to six people on earth. Sorry about that.

Well, I guess I'm one of the six then. The classic book series is one of my all-time favorites. :)

I will take to the ways of Dave as if I were born to them.

I bet bad monkey gets quite a view from down there, Apache Dave.

Only 5 more to go! :)

So you're going to be many places at once while consuming the water of life... also known as Jagermeister?

Have fun in the sand!

Bwha-ha-ha-ha-ha-ha!!!!

It's Paul Muad'Dib!!! Usul! You naughty little second Messiah, you!

Gotta love me some Dune!

Calm down there, Paul.

He needs a spear! :)

He shall know your ways as if his own. The blue on blue eyes are very becoming on 'lil Dave.

But is bad monkey supposed to be Linda Hunt or Sting?

Posted by jenny on May 01, 2009 | Reply

I got the Dune reference from, well...the Dune references (Kwisatch Haderach and blue on blue eyes).

The rest of it (Apache Chief, Super-Friends, Inyuk Chuk) escapes me. Looks like it escapes Bad Monkey too.

Check, makes perfect sense to me.

You couldn't hav a thunderclap and the sound of rain after that? BTW, are those your traveling clothes for the Golden Path?

OH! OH! And the title of your post is a killing word? How many have you killed this time, Dave? Huh?

Posted by Howard on May 01, 2009 | Reply

Even Bad Monkey is wondering "WTF?". (Seriously, I think I get it.)

More might know if it is spelled correctly for purposes of wikipedia searches... (Kwisatz Haderach)

Dune, Apache Chief, Super Friends.

Check, check and check. Too many Saturday mornings spent in front of the TV not to get that.

At least Apache Chief isn't as bad as some of the lame international heroes they had in the early issues of the Superfriends comic. Jack O'Lantern, anyone?

It's Dune... See? You're reaching the right audience.

Did you ever see the "Harvey Birdman, Attorney At Law" episode where Apache Chief spills hot coffee on his lap and can't "Big Man" anymore?

Posted by Howard on May 01, 2009 | Reply

Man, I hope I don't see that little Dave in my dreams. He's a little scary! lol

omg, LOVE it.

Hilarious! Now I want to read that book again...or see the movie whichever I find first.

Posted by sfchick74 on May 01, 2009 | Reply

Wow, I got both of them. I even did a post on Apache Chief a while back. Perhaps this means I can withstand the Gom Jabbar?
